2 Long Slow Distance (LSD) workouts for both running and swimming

1 Long Interval (LI) workout for both running and swimming

1 Short Interval (SI) workout for both running and swimming

2 Strength training sessions for upper body, core, and lower body

Multiple stretching/flexibility sessions

Focus on injury resistance
